this is my home

Something I miss about Florida is year-round vibrancy outside... For my home in Boston, I wanted it to feel warm and bright, even in the depths of winter. Cozy, textural, colorful.

The biggest compliment I recieved about my home — "It feels like a hug."

The golden, floral William Morris rug was my inspiration for the jewel tones of our home. I wanted to take chances with wall color! When I couldn't find just the right yellow, I mixed a few together with a touch of purple to make something new.

The living spaces are featured here — living, dining, and kitchen nook.

The armchairs in the nook with the cow diptych, I recently reupsholtered these from a worn blue linen to this venetian stripe!
