EBT payment in farmers markets

In working at the Copley Farmer's Market, I encountered a slow and stigmatizing EBT payment system. This inspired me to envision a more efficient market system. I conducted interviews with customers, vendors and the market manager, along with surveying EBT customers and vendors who accepted EBT payment. My results and experiences informed the the alterations and interventions I ulitmately proposed for the market. To the left are some select slides from a presentation of my designs.
