To create this infographic poster, I investigated the avocado. What did the current market look like? How and where did avocados come into the US? I came to find that avocados have a history as incredibly rich as their flavor. Through research and data from the USDA and avocado industry players, including an interview with the marketing manager for Mission Produce (a huge national supplier of avocados), I crafted a visual and information-rich story of the Hass avocado in the US.
